Gospod je verni čuvar ljudi.

  1. 1 Podižem oči svoje ka gorama; odakle mi dolazi pomoć?
  2. 2 Pomoć je meni od Gospoda, koji je stvorio nebo i zemlju.
  3. 3 Neće dati da popuzne noga tvoja; ne dremlje čuvar tvoj.
  4. 4 Gle, ne dremlje i ne spava čuvar Izrailjev.
  5. 5 Gospod je čuvar tvoj, Gospod je sen tvoj, On ti je s desne strane.
  6. 6 Danju te neće sunce ubiti ni mesec noću.
  7. 7 Gospod će te sačuvati od svakog zla, sačuvaće dušu tvoju Gospod.
  8. 8 Gospod će čuvati ulazak tvoj i izlazak tvoj, odsad i doveka.
